People make returns for all kinds of reasons and we won’t judge you for that. Our return policy depends on why you are returning it.
“Changed My Mind”
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you have 15 days to request a return. As long as the item is in new, unworn condition, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping cost) to your original form of purchase (credit card or PayPal). If you’ve missed the 15-day window, we can issue a store credit up to 45 days from your order. If you simply want to get a different product or size, place a new order and then send the first order back to us. Your new products will ship out right away, and we will refund your original form of payment as soon as we get it. Items need to be in original, unworn, condition to get your refund. Note: There is a $5.00 re-stocking fee for non-shoe exchanges.
“My Shoes are the Wrong Size!”
If your shoes are the wrong size, the fastest way to get a new pair is to place a new order in the size you want and send the first pair back to us.
We will credit your account for the amount of your first purchase. We allow one size exchange per order with free shipping, but we will charge a $5.00 handling fee to complete the exchange.
